At Missed-Call Text-Back by Top Level Media, we’re committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when using our service, including when integrating with Google via OAuth.

1. What Information We Access

  • Google BigQuery — Only when a workflow is enabled that requires it. We may query, insert data, or manage tables in datasets explicitly selected by you.

  • Google Cloud Storage (GCS) — Only when an automated workflow reads, uploads, or manages files in buckets selected by you.

  • Google Calendar — Only when workflows read your availability or create/update events in calendars you choose.

  • Personal Contact Info (optional) — If workflows use your email (e.g., BigQuery writes, notification triggers), it’s accessed only to the extent needed.

2. Why We Access This Information

  • To power the automatic conversion of missed calls into chat/SMS conversations using n8n workflows.

  • To store minimal configuration metadata (such as bucket paths, dataset/table IDs, calendar IDs, and event mappings) needed to execute workflows.

  • To process workflow data during execution only—transiently.

We never sell, share, or use your Google data for advertising purposes.

3. How We Store & Retain Data

  • All credentials and configuration metadata are stored securely—encrypted at rest in the n8n credential store.

  • Workflow data flows through n8n during execution only and is not permanently stored unless you explicitly route it to a storage destination (e.g., saving a chat transcript in your own GCS bucket).

  • Execution logs may contain minimal runtime metadata and are auto-purged after 30 days.

  • When you delete credentials or disable a node, corresponding configuration data is immediately removed.

4. Your Control & Revocation

  • Revoke Google access anytime via your Google Account Security settings.

  • Remove credentials within n8n → Credentials, which halts further workflows and deletes the credential.

  • Contact us to request complete deletion of your data and configuration.

5. Service-Level Data Use

  • We may collect data you submit directly to us (e.g., trial signup info or contact form submissions) to manage your account and improve the service.

  • We use email/contact info only to notify you of your free trial or service updates (e.g., “Your Missed-Call conversion worked!”).

6. Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell or trade your data. Access to subprocessors (like payment processors or hosting providers) is strictly limited and governed under data protection agreements.

7. Security

  • We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

  • Our infrastructure is secured with access controls, logging, and periodic security audits to prevent unauthorized access.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Privacy of Visitors to the Demo Page

We collect standard browser metadata (e.g., IP address, referrer, time of visit) to analyze traffic and improve user experience. This is anonymous and aggregated.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We’ll post changes here with a new “Last Updated” date.
